“Not worth the money”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 1, 2013

The only good part about our inexperienced server was the fact that she missed items on our bill. Every table was dirty, we had to wait while the hostess cleaned off a table and it wasn't busy at all. The servers did not seem to be in any kind of a rush to clean up the place either. I had eggs benedict, the hashbrowns are those frozen mccain ones, and the Canadian bacon was on the verge of being rancid. Our dishes were stacked and off to the side as the waitress walked by us numerous times for about 15 minutes without her addressing us for the bill. As it was breakfast, we were in a hurry to go out for the day, so I was annoyed with the fact that we had to wave her over. And on the way out I noticed a lady waiting to be sat and I had to walk back around towards the buffet to holler at a server that there was a lady waiting. Food is not worth the price, and a sweet smile doesn't make up for laziness. We were still generous with our tip, because I believe in tipping karma, but come on.... show a little effort.

“Good Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 30, 2013

Bit higher in price, but the food was all excellent. Well prepared. The buffet in the mornings for breakfast had everything you could want. Kids ate free (off kids menu) with paying adult which was nice. Liked the fact that Pizza Hut had a spot on the menu. We traveled with a VERY picky eater who would basically only eat that. Your staff are all so wonderful and patient. Took great care of us, and made sure everyone (even the little one) had everything we needed.

Can't wait to come back again!

“Slow service - poor quality food”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2012 via mobile

If it wasn't for the fact that this is the lobby restaurant at the holiday inn, I would never visit again. The food quality is very basic and service is slow. Only redeeming factor is the buffet breakfast which provides fair value.
