Great atmosphere with NHL original six stuff all over! Jerseys, photos and the menu has facts of the teams and arenas! Nice old school feel, like a real sports bar. Great wings, burgers!

Now the bad news...the female bartender was full of attitude and doesnt care, unless you are a regular. I asked for another beer and she walked away to talk to the regulars. I called her for my bill and she's says ya ok. Then goes back to regulars and texting! Called her again and she slapped my bill down!

I'd give this place 5/5 if not for the bad service! Excuse me for not being a regular! I'm not a "regular" at any bar!

Bought a "Burger and Beer For Two" special from LIVING SOCIAL ($19 not incl. taxes or tip). Not a bad deal.
Rather obscure pub in a small mall with dated/worn hockey decoration.Hockey lock-out has pretty well hurt bar business everywhere but there seemed to be some older "regulars" holding down the bar during lunch.
Initial server was very prompt but she seemed to be doing triple service...tables, bar and maybe kitchen....so she was a bit busy.
Sweet potato fries were crisp with the standard flavour. Cole slaw had a freshly cut crispiness
to it with a typical smooth sauce with an enjoyable, slight peppery finish.
HUGE blue cheese burger was good if you like that strong flavour although a bit on the overpowering side.
Signature "Nines Burger" (both burgers served on fresh soft/not toasted buns and had a crispy onion ring on top...might want to try those)...had a LOT of flavours all competing:
cheddar cheese, bacon, sauteed mushrooms and onions...and then a bit drowned out by a Maple BBQ sauce....all a bit too much!
It was a great value for that price but what about cutting back on the quantity and the $10-$12
burgers at a bar? The half-price evening specials might be a better time to try the menu items.
This looks like a popular local bar but as much as the manager should appreciate their server's boasts of "...Burlington's best burger..." I would still say that honour remains with Emma's Back Porch on Old Lakeshore Road for its ambiance and menu.

Start with the Queso Dip! And then a burger, pizza or wings...you won't be disappointed! Servings are very large and the prices are good! Enjoy!

Apps were miserable, small and overpriced and not appealing or tasty at all. Both of us had their special burger, sounded good but did not deliver, tasteless to the extreme! Fries were soggy and way too greasy. Service was crappy, barely saw her, didn't bother to check on us or meals once. Will not return.

Menu said $4.50 Canadian during leaf games and every Tuesday. Wait staff flat out denied it, ordered Ricards white instead.. no oranges? What you are right next to a grocery store? Decore is stupid, lighting was no good. Menu is cc of Kelsie's, Boston pizza, Pickle Barrel! Be original. Walked out went elsewhere.
