“Very interesting tour.”
Reviewed July 5, 2014

We had a very nice meal at the Homestead Restaurant that is beside the Bell house. We had our Grandkids with us and they also enjoyed the visit. There were things set up for the kids to try . So if you want to have a look back at yesteryear, please check it out.

“Full of History - Great for families to visit”
Reviewed June 22, 2014

This is a wonderful place to check out when in the area. All you need is about half a hour to take it all in. There is a small admittance fee but worth checking out. Plenty of parking.
A great place to learn the history of Alexander Graham Bell, his family and his contribution to the telephone. Being raised in Brantford in my youth and now living otherwise there is still things to be learned from going through the Bell Homestead.

“a little piece of history”
Reviewed June 10, 2014

For Alexander Graham Bell (Inventor of the telephone), I am sure at the time, it felt like a mansion, however in this day and age, the home is considered small, the tour takes maybe 10 minutes, not a lot of original furnishings, all are remodels, or replicas, stopping in would be a nice addition to a country drive, show the kids how it all started and what they are to be grateful for. the home is situated on a quiet side street, just between Brantford, St. George and Paris, it would make for a nice day trip.

“Over hyped”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

Home of Alexander Bell for a short period when he invented the telephone. Nothing really to see besides a 10 minute walk through of the house and gift shop.
