Where to start...we booked a one bedroom suite as we were travelling with the kids for sports. Was beyond excited when we pulled in to find the same style condo's we stay at state side. We had a huge room, bathroom with shower and tub for the little kids, two tv's which eliminates any arguing as to which show they will watch. A full kitchen with dinning area to sit and eat a meal. A beautiful fire place, full laundry facilities, BBQ's in between the units. Great playground and pool (indoor/outdoor) with a games room. The staff are very helpful with whatever your need maybe. The kids had room out back to ply their sports without disturbing other guests, parents were able to socialize in areas that didn't disturb other guests. Only downfall or negative thing was the early checkout. Execellent place to stay.

Stayed: June 2017, traveled with family

We stayed for a weekend with another couple. The exterior of the property is nicely kept and very inviting.

We were in a two bedroom suite, and it was huge. Large living room area, full kitchen and two large bedrooms, each with a ensuite. It also had three televisions, decent channel selection, good wifi and a decent size, quiet deck at the back of the unit. They also have several bbq's for the guests use.

The place is starting to show its age. Brass fixtures in the washrooms, wearing carpet and the stairs and decks are in need of a re-paint, and some boards and spindles should be replaced.

However, the cost for a long weekend stay offers tremendous value. We would happily stay here again.

This beautiful modern looking resort has wooden floors....just what we wanted so that we could keep track of every step the elephants took above us. Yes the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed dishes wise, but it was impossible to even think of sleeping before the neighbours went to bed...which was about 1:00. Oh and there is no food to be found early on a Saturday or Sunday morning anywhere...sure you can drive 10 to 20 min to find food if you are not too early or late.

Not impressed with the guest check in location, miles from our actual room (and poorly signed) or the attitude of the receptionist who said “you must be part of the bike group that is here”, so what is that supposed to mean? We are paying the $300 dollar a night price so what is it to you..oh and the room was booked for us under my husbands name, but the name of the guest staying with him (me) must also be logged…is this any you business either?? Wow first time we have ever added that to any hotel check-in.

Comfortable, modern clean rooms so we can overlook the reception issues but we cannot overlook the noise issues and the lack of sleep…this was a business trip and the lack of sleep makes this place unexceptable.

Room Tip: Pick a top floor so it doesn't sound like the roof is coming down on you when people walk around above you.

my friend and I booked this resort as a very last minute getaway for us and our 2 sons ( I have a newborn and her son a toddler) we booked a 2 bedroom suite and honestly this trip could not have been more perfect!!

The resort and grounds are spectacular and i think it is a real bonus being here in the nice weather!! the buildings are so quaint and the park was perfect located just across the parking lot from our room. they had a great set-up for bbbq and picnic tables to eat at outside and the indoor pool was a very short walk from our room. the resort was meticulously maintained.

The room was amazing! it was SO LARGE it is so great for 2 families. the 2nd room even has a little kitchenette. the kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. we came very prepared with food based on other reviews we read so we were not short of anything (except 2 minor things that we got at the walmart on our trip to wasaga beach) the room was very clean. very spacious. loved the little back porch that was covered so our kids could play on it. the room honestly had everything you would need for the duration of your stay. come prepared with all your food and you will be very content!

the resort even offered activities everyday which sounded like alot of fun unfortunately we didn't make it. they renting out DVD and board games! for a small denomination.

The pool was VERY nice, and the building it was in was perfect! with lots of loungers and tables and 3 pools to choose from (kids pool. adult pool and hot tub)

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this property!!! I will look into the prices during which i assume is their busier season in the winter. i will definitely be coming back here!! Take advantage of the great prices in the warmer months!!!

Room Tip: we had a stroller/ wheelchair accessible room which i found very helpful
