This review is about how inconsiderate the owner is to ones feelings. We hired this restaurant to cater our fundraising dance but due to circumstances beyond our control (death in the family) we had to cancel the dance and so the catering got canceled too. We had to advise them by Wednesday the number of people but we cancelled on Tuesday hoping that we would not loose the deposit, but the owner decided to keep $250 for the food he supposedely bought already (what food would you buy if you don't know how many people you are cooking for). So I wanted to let everyone know that we got ripped off and we will make sure that we dont use this restaurant for any of our catering functions and we will not go there to eat either, I will also make sure that everyone of my friends don'''t go there either.

Small place, but lively atmosphere. All types from all walks of life can be found. It's a good spot for a pint or 3. Good downtown pub.

We have eaten at Donaleigh's numerous times. Food is great and good selection of draft beers. The staff are amazing.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Great atmosphere with a comfortable feel. Portions were way bigger then average and very tasty and fresh. I had the nachos that had bacon hamburger with potatoe chips. Wow. Good. Limited menu but a good selection of draft beer. Average prices. Back patio was nice but it is a smoking area, which really took away from the overall great time and food. I would say to stay out of that area if you are a nonsmoker.

If you close your eyes and squint, you can almost see Trinity College. The food is good and so is the Guiness but were they really excel is the service and the atmosphere. Not quite the country pub but more the bustling of streets off Grafton.
