Our visit and business meeting went off without a hitch. The banquet manager was very accommodating and went out of his way to look after us when the weather was so unpredictable. Food was first class, as was the facility.

We visited to have a relaxing night away from our kids. We arrived early to visit the spa, which it's services were very good, however the spa itself was dark and dingy, not what we expected from a spa where we paid close to $500.

The room was very nice by definition, but it was run down, and lacking any sort of deluxe finish. We stayed in the loft room which was explained to be deluxe, but was certainly not. In theory it would've been, if the hotel updated the amenities and overall finishings in the room.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and the bedding was less than up to standard.

You will certainly feel welcomed by the staff, which was an excellent experience, however you will be left with displeasure if you're looking for the hotels amenities to be good quality.

We asked to speak to a manger, however were not able to do so because the manager was too busy.

Overall, our experience was very poor. We do not recommend this property for couples travelling and looking for luxury.

Overall, good little get away, doing a lot of work to facility, going to be great when finished.
Family enjoyed indoor restraunt, food delicious. Pools were great. Outdoor activities were fantastic, mini putt was a huge hit, zip lining, ski lift 4xs, rock climbing, beds were dirty, pillows uncomfortable, wanted a gulf view got back of building. Staff were good.

We reserved a room and treetop trekking package at Horseshoe resort. It was a great idea as we were pretty tired after climbing the trees and it was so nice to relax in the pool and sauna and then have a dinner at red horse bar. We reserved dinner initially at steak house but when we saw that we were the only diners we decided to leave as it was quite a boring restaurant. Red horse was busy and live and the food was quite good.

Horseshoe has a lot to offer such as bike trails and segway tours so next time we will stay for few days.

Room Tip: Main floor is the most convenient
