I had a booking for last night, the room was very dirty, stains on the chairs and the wall behind the bed and bath room walls. Very dusty (a/c hasn’t been cleaned in months) parking lot was over crowded. Smoke detector in the ceiling was falling down, everything was plugged into the one wall outlet (fridge/ microwave/ tv/ ac) needless to say we packed our bags and moved to another hotel. Even if there’s no where else to stay I would never sleep here.
Dirty and nothing is up to date. Pictures on website a false, nothing like it in person. 👎🏻 Would rather sleep in my car or on the side of the road. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned in months. Would not recommend this to anyone. Stains, holes, and bad electrical👎🏻
We stayed here as we had no where else to stay for the evening. We booked the second night first online and requested a certain priced room. We then got stuck as to where to stay for the first night...nothing in our budget online so we called and they had a room available at a little higher pricepoint so we took it as we were desperate. Staff were lovely when coming in. ON the fourth floor no elevator no big deal we still needed a place to put our head...stairwell not pleasant smelling....upon going into our room very hot! air went on right away. ok room, no view but standard older design....bathroom something to be desired. dirty...dust was on the baseboard heater as well as hair..bathroom tub was jetted but all around jets were black mold and one jet not even there. The bath towels were small just a little bigger then hand towels. no rack to hang towels but there used to be one that no longer was on the wall. Stayed first night could not get tv to work. We were told we could stay in our room instead of moving because of the booking...which was fine but then upon check out was charged the higher rate because we stayed there....we could of moved no biggy for us as we did not even get house cleaning. no refreshing of towels, no bed made...not even the two waters we were to get for no house keeping and then to be told we had to pay $19 more for staying in our room....breakfast ok...simple...but room full of people and 1 4slice toaster to be shared.... no bagels etc just toast ceral coffee yogurt juice....
The room and building was dated but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room was entered via the hotel and was self service. The buffet breakfast consisted of tea, coffee, orange juice and dispensed cold water. Toast, bananas, peanut butter, jam and marmalade were available as well as cereal and 0% fat yoghurt which I liked.
Interestingly the breakfast room became a Korean restaurant at night but was then entered via the street.
The hotel has a car park at the back of the hotel.
The hotel is in a central position which suited us. It was reasonably priced.
I had a negative experience booking with this hotel. We had booked a room with them and got a call under 24 hours before staying with them. During this call, they canceled our reservation. Very disappointing experience.
