Genius concept, restaurant set-up is fun and the combinations of BBQ items and clever sides make up the perfect storm....except when the operation seems like a one man show. Waited 20 minutes to put in my order - there was only one guy taking the orders plus running around trying to deliver food to the tables plus trying to instruct aomeone in the kitchen on preparing a cob salad. Kitchen looked like it was putting the food out on time but server couldn't keep up. By the time we received out orders food was mixed up, fries were cold and pork ribs were as salty as the ocean- maybe it was the Kentucky sauce, stick with the Memphis. Wings were tasty, dirty rice was unrecognizable but the Lynchburg lemonades hit the spot . Beef ribs seemed over-sauced and the Texas sauce might have been mixed up with some Chef Boyardee sauce. Great portions, good intent, I'll chalk it up to a bad night and return.
