I went to the Tattoo and had a great time. The show is almost 3 hours long and it was very well presented. It was a little loud at times, but, it was all very enjoyable. Great for adults and children of all ages.

I have seen the tattoo 5 or 6 times in recent years and this year was definitely the best. There are bagpipes, military marching bands, step dancers, fiddlers, comedy, incredible gymnasts and more. It is a military show and always includes recognition of all attendees who have served in the armed forces of their (any) country. A great show, very entertaining. Love those bagpipes!

It's hard to describe how amazing the music, the dancing, the bands, and the pageantry are! It was a fast-paced, well-choreographed show from beginning to end. We were SO glad we chose to do this while in Halifax. Absolutely worth it and have already encouraged others to go!

I was a little skeptical of the idea of going to this, but my wife talked me into it. Glad she did. It was a great show. The three hours went by before I knew it. All of it was very enjoyable.

The Tattoo combines elements of a drill, a parade, a circus, and a Las Vegas revue, which makes it a rather unique experience and a lot of fun. My only point of comparison would be the Edinburgh Tattoo which is bigger (literally) and outdoors. Being in an indoor arena means the seats are more comfortable but the space limitations impact the acts. Still, the Halifax version offered variety, pageantry, lots of laughs, and good music. Definitely worth the trip and the ticket price.
