“A nature marvel right downtown”
Reviewed November 10, 2012

This Garden is just wonderful from opening to close (approx April to December). The flowers through the seasons, the ducks at the pond, the tall trees, what a magical place at the heart of a superb city.

“Public Garden good for walks...”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

The park covers a whole city block or two, close to other attractions and had lots to offer for a windy November afternoon.

“Beautiful formal gardens”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

Even if you don't like formal gardens, this one is beautifully planned and beautifully planted. The only drawback is that the little cafe in the gardens can get overwhelmed in peak season, especially when a bus tour arrives.

“Nice park for a quiet walk.”
Reviewed November 8, 2012

Actually we live across the street from the Gardens, very quiet place with beautiful landscape grounds. You can choose from different paths and spend quality time. Perfect for a romantic walk, seniors or parents with young kids.
Classic spot for prom picture.
