“Free glimpse”
Reviewed July 28, 2011

A nice quick visit while walking up the hill to the Citadel. Free, but you do go thru security/metal detectors. The building contains some great paintings of English monarchs. Wonderfully nice tour guide gave us some interesting insights into how the Canada provincial government is run. The upstairs has the voting chamber on one side and a "throne room" on the other side for visiting dignataries.
