“Beautiful”

Windy breath taking roads.Beautiful little villages. We were too late to go whale watching at Cheticamp so those people sent us to Pleasant Bay There we went whale watching Timons Tour I believe. Great time for myself and grand kids. Very educational for the children Guaranteed to see whales or refund. We also went on a different boat tour at English town

“AMAZING”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 14, 2013

My wife and I love the Cabot Trail. It is one of our favourite places in Canada. The views are amazing. I love taking tons of visits on my trips to this magical place. It is best to do the driving counter clockwise so you are always on the edge of the road looking over. This gives you the best views. There are so many wonderful places to visit along the trail... and tons of awesome hiking trails to take when you want to take a break from driving. I can't say enough wonderful things about this trip. When you are on the Northern part of the Cabot Trail... head a little north and take a side tour to Meat Cove. You will be glad you did.

“October in Cap Breton!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2013

You definitely need a 3 days to truly enjoy it! The views are spectacular...pictures doesn't do it justice at all...

There are still beautiful shops open but not a lot at this time of year but it is worth it for the scenery !

“What can I say...a natural wonder.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 5, 2013

I am from Cape Breton so I have been on the Cabot Trail hundreds of times. It is beautiful and breath taking. I would suggest you travel on it during the autumn seasing during Celtic Colours...this is the best time to see all the leaves in their glory. Such a gorgeous place. Make sure you stop by the Glenora Distillery in Mabou and try some of their single malt whiskey.
