This garden is one of five destination gardens in North America. It is beautiful, well maintained and an easy stroll. Even in September many roses were in bloom in the lovely rose garden's collection of over 200 cultivars and a rose maze. It is amass with great old tree specimens throughout. The location along the Allain River has a Dykewalk from which one can see salt marshes and remnants of old Arcadian Dykes. The layout is wonderful and includes ponds, perennial, rock, winter, etc. gardens. Throughout are playful sculptures which are discovered in ah ha moments of fun and put a smile on your face. It is truly a destination garden. Parking is on site. Charge for two seniors was $19.55 including tax. And close by outside of town is the Tidal Power Station also worth a visit.
