“EXCELLENT!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 10, 2013

We take this tour EVERY time we are in Annapolis Royal! We love it! the guide is a direct descendant of one of the original families to settle there. He is very knowledgable...ask questions! The tour is informative and fun but not scary so it is okay for kids 8 and up (in my opinion). Wear good shoes cause you are walking through a graveyard at night and the grass can be slippy. You will see some interesting artwork on the tombstones!! There is plenty of parking behind Fort Anne where the meeting spot is. Him and his wife do other tours throughout the week in Annapolis which are also worth the time and money. Can't wait to take the tour again!

“Great!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2013

This tour was suggested by the proprietor of the B&B we were staying in, and it was a great suggestion. Our guide was a local Acadian who was extremely knowledgeable about the history of the graveyard's inhabitants as well as the local area. Ambiance was provided by the candle lanterns. A fun, informative and unique evening excursion.

“Fun to walk through a graveyard”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 27, 2013

The tour starts at 9:30 PM so it is just the right atmosphere. Our guide had been president of the local historical society so was quite knowledgable. The tour lasts just over an hour and is fun and educational. Funds go to the historical society ,a nice touch.

The graveyard tour was very interesting. The guide was most informative. School-aged children would enjoy this tour.

“A Night to Remember”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 21, 2013

Although the day was rainy, it cleared up by evening for our night time graveyard tour. Holding candlelit lanterns, our group followed our Acadian host through the graveyard as he told us the history of some of the residents, the town and Nova Scotia. It was a great time, he was charming and knowledgeable.
