Small cozy pub atmosphere. A very good caesar salad and sweet potato and peppers soup to start, then a smoked meat sandwich almost as good as the best of Montreal. There's a large selection of draught beverages. When I asked the server about the area, she sat down and acted as a one-woman chamber of commerce during a fifteen minute brochure tour. Yes, it's true: Canadians seem to be intrinsically friendlier than the noisy neighbors to the south.

I'd very gladly return to this friendly, unassuming pub.

This pub is across from the town square where the market is held. There is lots to see in a quiet and laid back atmosphere. Seating is outdoors and indoors. Tables and umbrellas outdoors protected against the small shower that occurred that day. Good food and drink.

I had chicken chimi changes, samosas, and Caesar salad. They were all fabulous! Not too much dressing, homemade croutons. The waitress was cheery and prompt.

Lovely cozy pub with all our favorites! We started with a glass of local wine, (very nice indeed), then ordered a draft with our home made burger for me and local fish n' salad for her. Excellent relaxed pub dining experience

Stopped at the pub on the way to a hockey game. Had been in once before for drinks only so decided to try their food menu this time. Chose the clubhouse sandwich which arrived with a side order of home cut fries. The sandwich was made with packaged turkey slices which made it unappetizing to say the least. I did not bother finishing it. The fries were reasonable but were probably not freshly made but from frozen. My lunch mate had a hamburger which was quite salty. The draft beer was not fresh on tap. Service was good but the waiter in my opinion used an approach with us which I considered somewhat hokey. Despite the fact that this was not a good experience I would consider trying the Ye Olde Town Pub again hoping for a different and better outcome.
