I had an opportunity to visit Wolfville in September when their winefest was on. This Inn came recommended by my sisters friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The Innkeeper, Noel and his staff were superb. Their service was second to none. We had a beautiful room, very comfortable bed. The food for dinner and breakfast was yummy. We met some other travellers there and they were repeat customers that informed us they have been visiting this inn years. Just like family there. It is very nicely located as well. No need f a car, you can walk around the area to eat and drink. Felt very safe there. If you want to do a wine tour, the van will pick you at at the inn. Noel had brochures there to assist you in making a decision on tours. Boy, would I like to spend a week there Christmas. maybe in the future. Would definately return there.

A beautiful victorian stule home and rooms in beautiful quaint Wolfville. Great areas to sit for tea and the three rooms on the third floor are all a great place to spend time with that special someone.

Just got back from the Victoria Historic Inn, Wolfville, and I promised an update...
Great stay for two nights, spotless room and ensuite, beautiful antiques throughout and not a spec of dust to be seen. Very comfortable mattress and bedding, and high end hotel grade toiletries and bath towels. We enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast, eggs, pancakes/ French toast, bacon/sausage, apple cider/OJ and delicious coffee & tea. The service was terrific and we would not hesitate to recommend it for a nice short drive getaway from the city. Between the carriage house and the main house they have about 15 rooms, and it would be a great spot to book a group getaway or to keep bridal party members all housed under two roofs on the same property. Great owner operator Noel, and professional yet friendly staff. We have been staying at B and B's for the last 15 years, in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Prince Edward Island, as well as Ontario, Quebec, Ontario. Outside of Canada we have stayed in B and B's in Maine, New Hampshire, Phoenix, AZ, and Dublin & Cobh, Ireland. The Victoria's Historic Inn in Wolfville is one of the nicest B and B's we have stayed at, and I rate it 9.5 out of 10! Thanks Noel, Claire and staff!

Room was nicely decorated, not in the main house because we needed a bigger room which was fine with us because it was very quiet and close to the main house. Beds were fine. Breakfast was included and it was very good - we had french toast and scrambled eggs plus coffee and juice. Met the proprietor of the inn and his staff, they were all very nice.

We've stayed at several historic Inns and this ranks as one of the best. conveniently located, within walking distance of the town centre. Our room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The bedroom was of a good size and well appointed. Evening meal was not available as we were out of season, but the owner recommended Front and Central (wow). Breakfast was enjoyable, but service was slow. Staff are friendly and helpful, do not drive bye this Inn!

Thank you for your kind words. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us. Sorry about the slow service. Sometimes most guests show up at the same time and it can be hectic as we cook all meals to order. We pride ourselves in delivering the best food possible. Cheers.

We have stayed at the Inn several times as our son attends Acadia University; which is located around the corner. This time we stayed in the room conveniently located on the first floor which had an outdoor covered porch with patio furniture. The only draw back is that it's located next to the dining area and breakfast is served at 8 AM but if you're an early riser this is not a problem.

I recently stayed here for business. My room was on the third floor of the main house, quaint & quiet with a little fireplace and a jacuzzi tub. I didn't use either :(.

It was clean; the bed was comfortable; and the wifi worked great. The breakfasts were wonderful and the wait staff was even better.

It is within walking distance of town and a block or so from the university. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
