Lovely vineyard to visit with a great view of Cape Blomindon. It is a bit off the beaten path, but worth the few minutes travel if you're in the Annapolis Valley. Each time I've been there, Pete Luckett himself, with all his charm, has been there greeting visitors, seating people in the restaurant, etc.

The nifty thing about the vineyard is they have a bright red British style phone booth in the middle of it that you can use to call anywhere in North America for free. There is usually a short line up, so you couldn't spend a long time catching up with snowbirds in Florida. Wear your Superman t-shirt for a great picture opportunity.

There is a patio restaurant offering great food. There's a large room in back for private, group events.

My wife and I decided to take a drive down to the annapolis valley last week and we ended up at Pete's place in Wolfville. The view of the valley has to be one of the best and the lunch we had was excellent. Every was fresh and full of flavours and the wine wasn't to bad. Overall it was a nice change from hanging around the city and by all indications Pete has done another wonderful job with his winery. Congrats

We arrived at the vineyard just at 2 o'clock for their advertised wine tour. I asked the lady behind the counter and she told me it wasn't until 3. I said oh, that's too bad as we rushed to make it for the advertised time and she said very snootily "well, you obviously have last years guide" I said no I had just picked it up at the local information center. I then asked if she could provide directions to Gasperau Valley winery as I could take in that tour and then come back for the 3 o'clock tour here. She told me that the other lady would help me and turned her back and walked away. Not a great first impression to be sure. We left and went to Gaspereau Valley winery and loved it. We did not return for the tour as they seemed to not want our business.

We are disappointed with the experience that you had while visiting our winery.
It has been frustrating having incorrect/outdated information published regarding our tour times, we are sorry that you suffered as a result of this.
We have passed along this review to all of our floor staff, as well as a focus on better guest communication, and hope that you'll return to give us a second chance.

When you are there the time stops. You can see and feel many things, most of them at the same time. Kind welcome by the staff, extraordinary view, amazing meals, exciting events. Everything it seems to be a paradise, a piece of heaven on the earth! Wow!! Congratulations! For making this real.

We've gone twice now, and both visits exceeded our expectations. Delicious food, good wine (I recommend the Ortega!), and an amazing view sitting outside on the (now expanded!) patio. Go for close to sunset if you can. Would love to see a vegetarian main course option for supper, however the Luckett's Meatless Panini was even better than I thought it would be. Halloumi cheese and beets? So good! Make sure you check their website for lunch/supper hours - grill (supper) nights only Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Also, on both visits we spotted Pete working around the property, always waves and says hello!
