It’s in the center of city with free airport transfer and free WiFi. Close to most of restaurants and grocery store. They provide boiled water at front desk when requested which is so important in Yellowknife. The bed is so so so so comfortable especially after aurora hunting. More

great location, in down town, restaurants and super market is just around the corner. room is a bit outdated, no kettle in the room but got a microwave? it was -4 degree and the room temperature heater was 30 degree. while it's snowing outside, we had to open window and turn on fan in the room...
if you want a simple basic and affordable room, this is a good choice.

Hotel is in great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms are old and smelly. Breakfast is expensive but there are lots of choices nearby. Short walk to museum and old town and a variety of restaurants.

Good hotel, this hotel is placed nice location. I could get anything I want. There are restaurants, coffee, souvenir shops, post office, etc near the hotel. And this hotel was clean and confortable for us. Staff were also good.

Pros:
-Walking distance to restaurants, coffee, souvenir shops, post office, etc.
-All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and eager to help me.
-comfortable beds
-nice shower
-Fan mounted to the wall for air circulation and white noise
Cons:
-Easy to hear noise from street and hallway
-a bit dated, but NOT falling apart
-my room wasn’t as clean as it could be (need to clean the outside of the toilet too!)

The title, Great Price, Value, Service and Location, says a lot. It really is all that. The people are super too. Knowledgeable and anxious to help, if necessary.
The front desk offers great recommendations and heleds to ensure that we had an opportunity to do all we could while in Yellowknife.
The lobby is not impressive, but very functional . The rooms are a lot more inviting and comfortable than the first impression made by the lobby.
Wifi is good, better on second floor than the fourth. Generally, it is better than other hotels I have experienced.
We have stayed at other places in Yellowknife, but would look forward to a return here.
