As soon as you walk in you immediately take in the ambiance of an open space chock full of activity and organized
chaos! The restaurant is inside an old bank building, high ceiling and open spaces. The kitchen is at the back open for all to see and the bar is in the middle.
Service was friendly, attentive and welcoming.
We started with a couple of cocktails, fresh oysters, steak tartare and beef tataki - both delicious. Mains were the cod and duck breast - again both cooked perfectly. If we could have licked the plates clean we would have. To finish a 20 year port with vinegar pie and creme brûlée. First time for the vinegar pie and it was delicious.
What a delightful culinary delight and experience!
