Newfoundland is very interesting from a geological point of view and this centre explains a lot of what we have been seeing. Good displays, easily understood and, if we had had more time, also 3D movies. The centre is well set up with a "walking route" through the displays so you won't miss anything if you follow the footprints.

We enjoyed the Titanic exhibit and read through all the history. We watched to films on the animals of the North and South Poles and then one 3D of the Monarch butterfly. Both very good. There was also an exhibit on the formation of the world. Rock formations etc

we greatly enjoyed the visit here. The Titanic displays were fascinating and dispelled several misconceptions. The films were outstanding. The exhibits dedicated to the geological history of Newfoundland was very well presented. Highly recommended.

A great place to get to know Newfoundland. Great exhibit on the Titanic that took a very different perspective than you usually hear. A good place to spend a rainy day!
