“Great spot!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2014 via mobile

Great spot for a nice healthy lunch and lots of yum dessert choices. Located in our lovely downtown. Great atmosphere to meet with friends for coffee/tea or lunch. They also have a few 'corner store' type items to purchase. Purchase our locally made sea salt there as well! Or at least it was there the last time I was.

Love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It's like going back in time. The food is great and love the scenery. One of the nicest places to visit on Water Street.

“Good food, decent prices”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2014

They serve amaaaaaazing croissant sandwiches. They're very hip haha. They have obscure beverages you can buy too. One side of the bakery is where you can order the meals and the other side is where you can order your bakery goods like breads and cakes and desserts. They have some beauuuutiful baked goods. They sell some knick-knacks in the middle between the two counters that are cute too.

I would recommend this place because it is fresh food and they have some healthy options, but their prices are a little high. There are a bunch of tables behind the bakery counter where you can sit down too.

“Amazing food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 21, 2014

Wow, what a great place. I travel to St. John's often and usually have lunch on the road. The Rocket is my new favorite place now! Fresh food, great options of salad, sandwiches and soups and their home made bread and pastries are to die for. Simply delicious!
