We four had lunch recently. With their new organic menu and their attention to detail and freshness and presentation, each of us was thrilled. Everything was on the menu from beef, chicken and fish dishes, to quinoa salad with very fresh spinach, and on and on. Tasty sauces had us trying to guess the secret ingredient that lent such flavour.
Service was impeccable as always, and the bonus, of course, is always available. The amazing view of St. John's harbour! Magnificent!

Wow, we had an excellent meal and a wonderful view. The food was beautifully presented and the service was attentive and fast. I cannot say enough nice things about this restaurant. You must put this on your list of places to visit.

After a 20 minute wait (that we had accepted), we had nice lunch and service. My wife had the spinach quinoa salad which she really enjoyed. I had the Black Forest ham and Gouda cheese sandwich and upgraded the accompanying soup to the Newfoundland seafood chowder. The sandwich was very good with nice fresh bread. However the chowder was very disappointing...a bland base with the seafood consisting of one solitary scallop. But on the whole a decent lunch in a nice setting.

It is always a pleasant surprise to get a good meal in a museum cafe and we were really delighted by the delicious, fresh and imaginatively prepared lunch we had at this cafe. It is a great setting, too, even on a misty, rainy day.

The view is amazing if you're fortunate to get a table by the window. Not to worry if you don't though - the food will make up for missing out on the St. John's scenery. Price are great. Service was excellent and the menu offers excellent choices for all. It appears that eventually there will be seating outdoors - AWESOME!
