“Beautiful spot to sit or walk”
Reviewed August 20, 2012

We walked a short ways around the pond as we didn't have a lot of time. Would have liked to have stayed much longer. Good park setting with walking trails.

“lovely stroll or hike”
Reviewed July 7, 2012

Relaxing kid friendly, dog friendly and senior friendly walk in the area adjacent to the park and the Glynmill Inn. Other areas of the trail - like the pipeline hike and the gorge are frequented rarely by locals but visitors love it. Very safe comfortable walk - bring water as the uphills are taxing. Great picture opportunities with beautiful bridges. Snowshoe-able in the winter too.

Beautiful scenery, dog friendly, quiet area. It's not a difficult trail, so you can go for a relaxing stroll or a brisk walk.

“Very pretty views; a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.”
Reviewed December 26, 2011

The trail is a very pretty walk, with some really beautiful views of the city of Corner Brook. The entire trail from start to finish is just under 4km, and has a rating of moderate difficulty, as there are a few hilly areas, and many areas of exposed tree roots that pose tripping hazards. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. There are lots opportunities to see wildflowers, and even the occasional forest creature along the way. Make sure to pack water if you plan to hike it in the summer! It can feel like a long way after all the ups and downs along the trail. Will definitely return again, and again!
