This was my last of three tries at this place. bleh.
This time three meals of four were poor. How do you screw up roast beef? I suspect you serve it as a leftover from the day previous. It was tough and cool to the touch after being under the heat lamp. Are you serious? That was two of our meals. The third screwed up one was the a quite rare filet that was ordered medium. I don't recall what the fourth was.
I visited the little boys room which is by the kitchen. The roast beef dishes were under the heat lamp. Still there when I went back to the table. The meal came & I sent it back because it was cold. The server came back telling me it 'went straight to the plate' meaning it was cut & served. I saw it sitting there & if it was straight to the plate why would that explain it being room temperature (at best).
Twice baked potatoes should be pretty hot right? Not here. Again, leftovers?
The final insult was that this "meal" for four without liquor was $160-ish.
Saddest 'steak house' ever. Three strikes.
