The place doesn't have the fanciest dining room. It's clean and almost cafeteria-like. However, it seems that the magic is all in the kitchen because the food is excellent. The prices are decent for a saint john sushi restaurant, and the service is good. There is a pretty big selection and it seems fairly authentic.
They do catering and take-out, so if the atmosphere puts you off, I'd definitely take advantage of the menu and eat at home or picnic in the nearby King's Square.
