This park is an excellent place to spend an entire day. It is beautiful and has enough trails to keep you busy hiking for a few hours. Bring a picnic lunch and listen to the waves rolling up on the rocky beaches. The boardwalk out to the marsh area was eerie and stunning when we visited on a foggy, gloomy day. The park was not crowded at all. I would absolutely go back here!

Loved a nice, safe, scenic trail to go running on. In the times that we went we saw a fox, two porcupines, 10 squirrels and many, many birds.

Great place to hike, nice to have lots of bathrooms throughout, well kept considering it had poured rain the night before, trails are easy thought so if you are looking for a hike, keep in mind. Great scenery for a walk.

Walked the boardwalk through the marsh at low tide. Took a look at the beautiful white sand beach. The road in needed to have its washboard graded but otherwise no complaints.

If you are not from the Maritimes this is a great place to visit. You can walk on the beach, or the boardwalk through the salt marsh. If the tide is in, you can see crabs walking in the pools along the boardwalk. You can drive and stop along the way through the Nature park but if you are fit it is far more enjoyable to walk and enjoy the scenery. I saw crabs in the pool, a porcupine wandering in a field and walked along the shore. A great way to enjoy the Maritime coast.
