We followed our navigation system to their old address, then rerouted to the new location in the Hotel Moncton. So well worth the detour!!! The Acadian fish chowder was extraordinary as was my husband’s grilled Reuben. My vegetable curry soup and onion tarte were also incredibly delicious. The only thing better was the cheerful helpful waiter and the fantastic chef who gave us a map and directions to a Bay of Fundy viewing area. An experience we’ll never forget!

We have been to bistro 33 a number of times and with good reason, because it is always a superb experience! The food is delicious and excellently presented. The staff are professional but also warm and engaging. We went for the grand opening in their new location and got to listen once again to the wonderfully talented Clinton Fernandez sing for 3 hors straight!! I highly recommend bistro 33 to everyone.

My husband and I have visited the old location in the past, and had not been disappointed in the food, but the seat availability, was sometimes a challenge. Not anymore.
The new location in the Hotel Moncton, still has a cozy feel, but lots of elbow room.
Chef Mark and his understudy Chef Corey, are still kicking it out of the park!
Our meals were lovely. Note** Oysters Rockefeller, OMG!
The service was prompt, courteous and gracious.

Bistro 33 has moved to an old established address - Hotel Moncton next to Magnetic Hill Zoo. The premises is about four times the size of the original which gives a wide-open airy and bright feel where the old place was cozy but dark. The menu is still eye-popping; dozens of gourmet choices expertly prepared and presented with much style.
Easily the most gastronomically excellent restaurant that I know of in this area.Unfortunately for them, it is taking awhile for customers to find them again. However that means that for the next while it won't be too crowded. I cannot see that lasting as the ambience, food quality, food presentation and and the chefs personal touches like regular jazz bands will inevitably draw the crowds.
Best go while the crowds are small
