“Great place to stay!”
Reviewed April 10, 2012

The rooms are very spacious and modern, the bed was comfortable and the ceramic shower a nice plus. I really appreciated the little extras in the room, Keurig coffee machine, vine glasses, fridge... Free valet, and they are always available, great service in general. Very nice place to relaxe and play!

My wife and I decided to stay here to celebrate our anniversary and the hotel/casino provided everything we could have wanted and more. We booked a special on their website offering our room, 2 dinner buffet passes and $20 credit to use for gambling in the casino. The hotel is easy to access from the highway with plenty of parking but keep in mind the door to the casino and the door to the hotel are on opposite ends of the complex and there were no signs in the parking lot to indicate which way to go if you were looking to get close to the hotel/lobby door. The complex is very clean when you walk into the lobby where you will find the front desk and off the lobby is also the access to the Pool. The hotel rooms are in the same side of the complex separate from the casino. The woman working the desk was friendly and our check in went very smoothly and quickly after a short wait while 2 other people were in line before us.

The room itself is very lovely, we had a large King size bed that felt like you were sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom is fairly large with a huge glass enclosed shower area. Included in the room is a Keurig coffee maker with half a dozen K-cups and in the bar fridge were some milk/creamers plus an assortment of sugar packs. Since the bar fridge is not stocked with snacks it allow you a place to keep any drink or food you may decide to bring with you cold and that is a bonus. These items are all in the entertainment unit with the flat screen TV. The entertainment center also doubles as your dresser and closet with a desk area built onto it with a chair and lamp. To round out the room you will find a table with a couple of chairs but we did notice the room did not have a luggage rack which is a bit odd.

We were on the 2nd floor and this offers inside access to the casino, which is perfect to allow you to head over without having to take you coat or deal with any poor weather. You will find a gift shop, a couple of bars and a couple restaurants all over in the casino side of the complex. They also have a convention center for large scale events but there were no events taking place the Saturday night we were there. Keep in mind that since the buffet and other places to eat are in the casino I’m not sure if they allow kids to pass through the casino floor which is the only way to get to these places. The night we were there the buffet was lined up out onto the casino floor and we waited 45 mins to get a seat so because of this possible wait I think they will not allow children. I do recommend signing up for the rewards card, even if you are not going to gamble the rewards card will give you discounts on the prices at the buffet and other things in the casino/hotel. The food and variety of choices at the buffet were great both at the night buffet and again during the Sunday brunch buffet.

All in all it was a great night stay with some fun playing in the casino mixed in giving a little taste of Vegas here in New Brunswick.

My husband and I recently spent a night at this hotel. The purpose of our trip was to see a show.

The hotel is beautiful, this was the largest hotel room I think I've ever had. King size bed with six pillows and two more in the cupboard, very comfortable! Everything you could want in the room, mini-fridge, wine glasses, keurig coffee maker with real milk and cream in the fridge, no coffee mate which was a nice surprise. Lighted make-up mirror in the bathroom (which was also huge) and a real hairdryer, not one of those ones stuck to the wall.

The only complaint I had about the room was that the lighting was kind of dim in the bathroom and there was no shelf in the shower to put your shampoo and conditioner on while showering.

We did use the pool and hot tub and they were very clean and I think this pool was the warmest pool I have ever been in at a hotel. It was a good size with a place to swim laps also.

We don't gamble so we didn't visit the casino, however did walk through it to eat at the pub for breakfast and the food was quick and tasty.

Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Had a great stay with husband for my birthday. I had a facial booked for the next day which was amazing and the spa was beautiful! Very professional and lovely ammenities. My only tiny complaint was the woman who checked us in. Very unprofessional- she gave us the wrong room keys and wrote the wrong room # down. So after trying 5 different rooms on the third floor we went back to the lobby where she had our right keys in hand and ready (clearly she knew she made a mistake). It was annoying bc it was her fault she could have came and found us. She also just gave us our keys and that was it, she never told us anything about events, where the elevator was, where the pool was etc. We're a young couple but I think we still deserve the right respect.

Other than that it was great, the bed was so comfortable and the rooms were great! Loved it! Everyone should sign up for the rewards card at the Casino you can get the buffet for a great price and discounts at the spa too! And it's free!
