On a recent road trip to Prince Edward Island I needed a place to stop and sleep for the night, I’m not familiar with the Fredericton, N.B. and took a chance with this place, I got a room that was recently renovated located in the back facing the parking lot, it was nice & quite, however the Air-conditioning unit was very noisy which I wound up closing and opening the window, breakfast was included, your typical scramble eggs from a buffet with bacon, sausage and ham, few pancakes and a decent cup of coffee. Overall I think this is a safe bet when traveling if you just need a place to sleep.

Good price but a little bit noisy, situated a bit away from downtown which can be good for a more relax evening, besides a great mall and good restaurants. Just a little bit noisy in hallways with the slamming of the doors but i guess it is all the same in all hotels. I would return to this hotel.

Room Tip: try to stay in the back of hotel more quiet on upper floors

This little Inn, just off the highway is a good place for weary travelers looking for a short stay at a reasonable rate or for those with longer business in Fredericton. Although the Inn is a bit dated, it is old school in a good way and it is family owned and operated! In this day of chains, corporate take overs and cookie cutter everything from food to lodgings, it was a refreshing break from the everyday ho hum of a chain. It is perfect for the solo, couple or even family of travelers as we saw people from all walks of life there including ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. I overheard they have an incentive package for repeat customers including your 10th stay free. It was safe, clean, more than average, very competitive and much better than a motel given that it was 5 minutes from the hwy and close to all amenities!

Room Tip: Ask for a Queen or a King, they gave us their best rate and best room without even asking and offere...

We chose this hotel to spend the night in Fredericton and we had no regrets. We usually go for large hotel chains, but since they were overpriced or had bad reviews on TripAdvisor, we decided to go with Fredericton Inn. The room was decent, the hotel was well decorated and taken care of. They also gave us 2 complementary breakfast coupons for the next morning, which was very nice of them. During breakfast, the manager there was very cold with us and seemed that she hated her job, but in contrast, our waitress was super friendly and delighted to serve us...

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Fredericton Inn as it seemed to be a decently reviewed hotel and fairly close to the hwy. The hotel is very nice, almost castle like, although some of it in need of some sprucing up. The room was nice, although the furniture was outdated, old nightstands and whatnot. They made sure though to have a nice flat screen tv, and very comfy bed with a cozy duvet which made our stay just fine. Recommended If you don't want to spend a fortune but still want to have a great nights sleep.

The room was very large, clean and comfortable. The service was great and so is the location - near a mall and a short drive to downtown Fredricton. Also, the complimentary internet connection was fast. It is close to CFB Gagetown ( a 15 min. drive), which was the reason for our trip so we could visit with our son who is training there. A bonus was we got to watch the July 1st fireworks from our hotel window! We would definately stay here the next time we are visiting in the area.

Room Tip: Our room faced downtown which had a good view.

I have stayed at the Fredericton Inn a number of times but was pleased with the renovations that continue to happen there. The hotel is now using card locks for their rooms which is a start. Some of the rooms have been renovated and look fairly nice. I stayed in Room 231 when I stayed and although it has not been renovated with the exception of the new card lock system, the room was clean and the service provided by staff was great as always. The experience is always wonderful and the staff bend over backwards to help anyway that they can. It is definitely my second home when I am in Fredericton.

Room Tip: Ask for a renovated room, it is worth the small price you will pay.
