Be careful if you make the mistake of patronizing Ten Spa. My wife had most of her jewellry stolen from her locker. The manager did not even bother to return calls until 5 days later, after a call was made directly to
Ft. Garry hotel management. Although only a handful of other patrons or staff could have been responsible, their names were not given to police, nor did ten spa make any attempt to contact or interview them. Better to just ignore it and hope it stays quiet. When I went to meet with the manager, she refused to see me, sending an assistant out instead. I guess theft isn't of concern to management. So in short, leave everything of value at home, or better yet, find a spa that is interested in security for their guests. This one obviously isn't, and one can assume that the thieves still either work there or attend as guests.
