Very friendly Staff. Beautiful rooms, very quiet. Restaurant was the only low point on my stay. I enjoy the Hotels location being that it is only a few steps from the airport, this makes it a go to spot.

This hotel has the virtue of being brand new..... as such rooms are beautiful, spacious, floor to ceiling windows, luxurious beds, spacious modern washrooms, and latest in tech stuff (they give you an iPad upon arrival unless you already have one, Netflix, big screen TV, and true high speed internet). When you add the location, across the street from arrivals it is tough to beat.
This hotel is however not my first choice for the following reasons: the noise from taxiing planes are heard in room, the bathroom has no tub (in fairness it has a wonderful huge overhead style shower but I often travel with my three year old daughter... and she needs the tub), there is no free coffee in lobby (pretty standard nowadays, instead they gouge you for premium Starbucks out of a machine), there is no pool or hot tub, and cell reception is very poor in the lounge, restaurant and lobby.

On a final note, service was top notch and the restaurant, The Blue Marble, was very good.

If management is listening..... free coffee 24 hers a day in lobby, fix cell phone problems... and you will have done what you can.... it is hard to add pools, hot tubs, and baths once built.

If you are looking for a tub, we have wonderful soaker tubs in all our guest rooms with two beds that I am sure your daughter would enjoy. Currently we are taking steps internally and on our website to ensure this information is available to our valued guests. We do offer a personal Keurig coffee machine with complimentary K-cups in all guest rooms for your convenience. Our Auto Barista in the lobby proudly serving Starbucks is the first in the world and with the Auto Barista and personal Keurig machine together they help ensure we can accommodate all coffee lovers. We appreciate your comments regarding the pricing of coffee from the Auto Barista and have taken it to heart. We are truly thankful for all your feedback and with your feedback we can ensure our valued guests are heard and have what they need when staying with us. I'm so impressed with the hotel! They have thought of everything! The services and amenities are terrific! Finally a hotel that provides make up mirrors too! Loved the plush robe too! Great job and excellent attentive staff! The restaurant food was delicious- have the chef expand the menu! I will return over and over again.

Based on an early morning (5:15) flight decided to stay overnight at the airport and avoid the stress of getting a taxi or asking a family member to get up so early. Worked out well, although I kind of expected the hotel to be directly connected to the airport which it isn't.

Loved the room! But chocolates and ipad promised by the clerk at checkin were never delivered. After a call to the front desk the ipad arrived but no chocolates! Mentioned our disappointment at checkout and this was completely ignored. No apology or compensation was offered. If they want to be a high class hotel they need to take care of the customer...a beautiful new building won't be enough!

Great clean, good sized room, easy 3-5 minute walk to airport, tho it is outside, bit tuff in the snow. Staff was very friendly, service was great!!!! Great if you need to be up early for an early morning flight.

This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, the first was a romantic night away from home with my husband and then again with the family before a trip to Mexico. Both times the staff and faculties exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and well laid out and the beautiful finishes are only enhanced by the original artwork through out the hotel. Our three young children loved the stay and watching the planes. We ate in the restaurant both times and felt we had experienced truly gourmet dining. (for kids ask for the lounge menu). The final icing on the cake was when the door man took my husbands luggage to the airport so he could carry and enjoy a Starbucks coffee from the lobby.

Room Tip: Make sure to get a room overlooking the runway
