Came by here before seeing Paul McCartney in Winnipeg. Wow! Couldn't believe the freshness of the food. Had a noodle bowl and my wife had the pho soup. Both exceptionally presented and flavors were on point. Atmosphere was very modern and service was excellent. Highly recommend. Definitely craving it now. They really know how to do it right. Ask my wife, I still rave about how about how fresh the food was. Please bring one down to Minneapolis!

My son and I love Vietnamese food and often seek some out in every city we visit. This location near the University of Manitoba was a convenient location in between soccer games. The menu is simple, pick your carb: rice or vermicelli, pick your protein: beef, chicken or veggie, and pick your sauce. Pay and sit and then the food is brought to you. The rice and pork was good, and the pho soup was great. Service and decor is excellent. You pay a premium for the safe haven location in the suburbs versus going to Chinatown. For more authentic Vietnamese go downtown and pay less, but for a safe, clean meal, this is a good option.

New and super clean restaurant that serves really fresh ingredients and a wide variety of drink options.

Ordering is a bit tricky but the staff are exceptionally helpful to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Limited main orders but the options are almost endless so return visits won't see a repeat in your meal for a very long time.

Prices a bit high but there must be a lot of cost in maintaining the wide variety of available options.
