“Top-notch cafe”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 17, 2014

Parlour is a perfectly-pitched coffee shop. Some of the best coffee in the city, a fantastic location, reasonable prices, some tasty local treats to accompany your drink, and consistently friendly service. The espresso is fantastic - I stop by for an americano whenever I'm in the area.

One thing to note: it does get quite busy at peak times, and there isn't much seating, so you can't always expect to find a seat. However, Old Market Square is just around the corner, so when the weather is nice, that shouldn't be a problem.

“Best Latte in Winnipeg!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 24, 2014

LOVE Parlour. I work nearby and treat myself on Fridays to a cup of Parlour Cofee. My fave is their latte, best I've had in Winnipeg. Also love their bannock (fresh made) from Tall Grass Prairie with fresh jam. Mmmmm. Craving it now!

Cute and simple little shop. Nice window bar to sit and sip your drink if you're staying inside. Looks out onto Main Street. In the summer they grow little flowers and plants in the front and put out a bench to sit and enjoy. Nice staff. A little side note, when taxes went up in Winnipeg the owner made a choice not to up his prices but keep them the same for his customers. Love supporting the local guys.

“Buy your coffee here.”

This place is great. It does set the bar for what you should expect from a coffee shop. Beautiful aesthetic and the owner is a super nice guy.

“Simple and perfect.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 8, 2014 via mobile

I've been here two times now and enjoyed both visits, I wish I could come more often but I don't live in the city.

The coffee's quality is superb, and the flavour is rich and smooth. I've gotten the mocha both times and love it. I tasted my friends americano and it was equally delightful.

I appreciate the minimalism and how the focus of your visit is on the coffee. Can't wait to visit again!

“Make this a destination - you won't regret it!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 16, 2013

It's like a little piece of New York City has landed in Winnipeg. First thing you'll notice when you arrive - the focus is on coffee and little else. Seating is minimal. The walls are bare. Ordering is quick and easy and you'll soon see that the emphasis here is on pleasing your senses. If you like your coffee a little bit sweeter, their mocha is amazing. You can tell in the chocolate they use - it's absolutely smooth, slightly bitter, but not chalky at all. A great place to energize!
