The Clarion is located next to Polo Park and within many great places to eat. The Clarion has excellent customer service and the rooms are very clean. The Spa is awesome to visit and we all love the pool.

We stayed here for three nights with our two young grandsons and we enjoyed our stay. Although it was the long weekend, we did not find the pool too busy and the boys had a lot of fun on the waterslide. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was located on the first floor and was very quiet. We would stay again.

Book room and drive 4 hours and pool is closed again. Stayed her 16 times and last two absolutely awful. Staff is not well versed and pool closed. Place is falling apart. Will NEVER come again EVER. Dirty place now

We enjoyed our visit. Our hotel room was nice and quiet. Couldn't hear much noise from the hallway. The room was large. The window to the pool didn't bring much noise into the room. Just the curtains need to be closer to the window. The thicker curtains to keep out the light from the pool for sleeping.
We had a squeaky bathroom door but it was fixed promptly.
Our room key was a little frustrating. We had to try at least 10 times to get the card to work every time we tried to open the door. And we had to pull the door towards us.
The front desk was helpful.
Parking was great and close. Very convenient that the garage is attached to the hotel.
The pool was great and pretty warm. We enjoyed it. There are always some unsupervised kids in every pool. Running etc. and sending one 12 year to supervise other kids that are clearly not 12. Possibly the front desk should check from time to time to see if kids are actually supervised. Also running and jumping into the pool when it is full.
Also the carpet in front of the elevators and inside was pretty warn and gross. it could be updated as it is frequently used to get around and too the pool.
We will stay again it was a nice place even with the minor maintenance issues.

We are very pleased that you found the pool facilities to be very clean & comfortable. We do offer one of the largest Hotel pool facilities in the City, and is very popular with our guests as you can imagine. In addition to our 2-story Water slide, we offer our primary pool with cascading waterfall, hot tub, kids pool, mineral pool, salt water pool & steam room!
I am also very pleased to hear that the Maintenance issues were quickly attended to.

We checked into room 116 (an executive two king room on first floor) for a two night stay on Sept 2, 2017. The pool area was nice, but they ran out of towels twice and the spas were only lukewarm. Since it was a holiday weekend, there were tons of kids, so I did appreciate the adult-only mineral bath and spa area which was included with our room price. Our hotel room was very large and appeared clean. The lock on bathroom door was broken and wouldn't latch. Promptly at midnight the alarm clock went off and scared our kids. Thanks a bunch! Housekeeping should always check the clocks when cleaning and reset. Worst of all...we awoke in the middle of the night to a loud scratching/digging sound coming from the divider wall between the beds. It was definitely some sort of animal...probably a mouse or rat. The sound stopped when we turned lights on and began again when we turned lights off. We made a recording of it. It went on all night long until about 6am. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep! We immediately checked out the next morning and reported it to the front desk. The staff could have cared less! They didn't apologize or offer us a discount. They didn't even want to hear the recording! Something tells me it's a common occurrence. We will NOT be back!

We are very pleased to hear that you found the pool facilities and your guest room clean and comfortable and up to your standards. We must however apologize for the restless sleep your Family had due to the Alarm clock and the "Critters" in the walls.
Our Housekeeping staff does regularly check & reset the alarm clocks, this is a standard practice in most Hotels, again I do apologize that one of the two alarm clocks in your Suite was missed. Also, I can assure you we have inspected the room, and we were unable to find any evidence of "Critters", and as you can see from our previous reviews, this is NOT a common occurrence.
