“Perfect Hotel, has everything you need under one roof!”
Reviewed February 9, 2011

This hotel is awesome. It has everything you need all in one place (clean rooms, 24 hour front desk staff, restaruant, great bar, waterslide/pool/hot tub, off sale). It is one of the closest hotels to Brandon's biggest shopping center on the North Hill. Lots of local attractions near by. The staff are fantastic and informative. Rooms were very clean. Looks like there have been lots of updates which is great. The decor is beautiful throughout the entire hotel/bar/restaraunt/lobby. I love that the sink area is outside of the bathroom. Coffee maker, clocks, microwave and fridge in the rooms is great. Many of the rooms have their own outside entrance which is handy when you have lots of luggage. The rooms are a good size, and the best part is we got one with a bunk beds which our kids LOVED! The waterslide is the best in Brandon (we have stayed at the other hotels with the waterslides and NOTHING compares to this one). I consider myself a picky person when we travel, and we do it a lot so I would definetly stay here again!. Anyone who would ever complain about this place must be overly fussy and difficult to please. This is a fantastic hotel. Oh, did I mention the food in the restaruant is amazing. All home cooked meals. The soups are to die for!

Highly recommend!!

Oh, I think this hotel had some meeting rooms for rent too. I saw one when I was walking around. Also there is a huge executive suite which I saw the housekeepers clean. It is beautiful.

Stayed here in October, very friendly staff and accommodating. The rooms were nice, fresh and clean. Beds were very, very comfy, almost seemed like they were new. Decor is pleasant and simple. Room ammenities: hair dryer, coffee maker (no tea) microwave, fridge, clock radio. Small swimming pool with a couple of hot tubs, mainly used by kidlets. Wifi in the rooms and throughout the hotel.

Great little restaurant with a huge variety of food and specials daily, very reasonably priced and they aim to please.

Cons, only two tidly little bars of soap for toiletries supplied, not a big deal if you are prepared. Ice machine wayyyyyy over on the other side of the hotel, seemed to be only one per floor. Parents allowing their kidlets to run the halls. Water pressure for shower could of been better.

Overall, a great little place to stay ~ very good value.

There were lots of little problems that made this not a great place to stay. Hallway had a funky smell. Room was small and lacked sufficient electrical outlets. Lots of damage to walls partially hidden by furniture suggested maintenance was lacking. Bathtub was dangerously slippery. Not enough towels or shampoo provided. Beds were uncomfortable. The free wireless internet did not work very well. Railing by stairs to pool was broken.

On the plus side, the staff was friendly. The room was quiet (with the door closed we couldn't hear the screaming children in the room across the hall), and the price was relatively low in a city with typically outrageous hotel prices.

I wouldn't stay here again.

Stayed here for 1 night during a roadtrip across Canada & US. May have had a coupon for it. Think it cost around $50-60. The staff were friendly & courteous & the motel was comfortable if nothing special. We had a look at the pool & slides which looked like fun for kids but we didn't try it out (although we usually do!). We took a walk down the road in the evening (which wasn't easy with the lack of sidewalks & roadworks!) & we ate at a steakhouse (Montana __?) which was very good. Would recommend to travellers on a tight budget.

We just dropped in unplanned & got great & friendly service. Our room was extremely clean, microwave, fridge, breakfast table/chairs, very comfy beds with extra pillows, good a/c & nice & quiet.

Great looking water slide with hot tubs. Restaurant was closed when we got there, so we ate across the street at Patch's Family Restaurant on the suggestion of the front desk...great home cooking, lots on your plate, & very reasonable rates.

We will definitely stay there again!

  • Liked — Easy to find, great rates for CAA members & seniors, perfect rooms!
  • Disliked — Restaurant was closed early on Sunday
