We went here for a concert (Feb. 2017) with VIP tickets in the 2nd row. I was pleased that security checked tickets for anyone who was entering the floor area, however things did not go smoothly after that.
Right before the main act began, a large number of people from the back of the floor came running up to the stage, blocking the seats and views of those of us who had paid good money for VIP seats in the front rows. Several people at different times went to security to complain, only to be told they would do nothing about it.
So unfortunately, instead of having the best seats in the house we had to look around and over several rows of people who had NOT paid to be there. These people also then took away opportunities for kids in the front row to catch the guitar picks. Totally unacceptable.
If this is the practice of Keystone Centre, then be aware if you have front row seats to a concert. This was a special event for us that we paid good money for, and if it were general admission on the floor then it would be understandable for people to move around. Not acceptable for paid seats.
