Located right next to the Sports Center, Meadow Park is a beautiful park right on the River of Golden Dreams with panoramic vistas of both Blackcomb and Whistler mountains. Watch river runners as they float by under the backdrop of the mountains.
Picnic tables, playground, water park for kids and scenery, as well as clean restrooms, makes this the perfect summer stop though equally beautiful in the other seasons.

Great park for a BBQ or a picnic, this park isn't too crowded and offers lots of space among the beautiful scenery of the mountains that can be enjoyed by friends and family

This is a beautiful location. It took us about an hour and a half to walk there from Whistler but I think we got slightly lost. We ended up at a Sports Centre where we had a snack in the cafe. It is quite close to Meadow Park. Meadown Park is beautiful - there is a river and you can sit along side it. There were lots of families there. It is very scenic, quiet and relaxing. The bus to Whistler village stops at the Sports Centre so we got the bus back. Worth going to. On the way we passed several restaurants/cafes and a golf club. If walking there, I would recommend stopping for a snack on the way as it's quite a walk in the heat. But definitely worth it.

Meadow Park has fun for the entire family, but the playground and waterpark are the highlights for the kids. The park has several tables for picnic/barbecue and its very close to the Sports Centre. Everything (equipment/bathrooms) is well maintained and clean. There was even people fishing in the nearby creek, where there's also some canoeing and you can even swim if you don't mind the freezing water.
It's place to relax and enjoy the outdoor, just don't forget to bring your own food, as there is no concessions at the park though you can buy at the stores by the road leading to the park.
