The service at this location was wonderful. I stopped in to get some doughnut however, they didn't taste wonderful. In fact they didn't taste like anything except sugar. The chocolate doughnut didn't taste anything like chocolate. It was very disappointing.

This was my first trip ever to any Tim Horton’s. I had heard about it years ago from the musician deadmau5, and have always wanted to try it. As I was walking through the Whistler Village.. bam! I had a Canadian Maple, a cream filled maple donut, a Boston Cream, and a vanilla latte. Everything was very good. I will be back to one of their stores next time I’m in Canada.

This is a great location at Creekside, off the 99 sea to sky highway. It has great views of the mountains, food is good, coffee is great, especially the strong roast, and very cheap.

The service was not great in both the Marketplace and the Creekside locations

The food we ordered for breakfast wasn't good, MacDonalds is better!

The coffee was good.

The guy who took our order was totally lost. He didn't listen and was so slow that a person three people back in the other line got the last of one of the flavors we wanted. He also didn't know how to make the iced coffee. You can see by their signs they've put an emphasis on being better with customer service, but the guy who took our order shouldn't be dealing with customers. The donut holes were the best items. We really liked the honey dip and sour cream. The vanilla dip with sprinkles wasn't good. The cinnamon roll was average. The honey dip was the best of the bunch. The worst thing I can say about dessert/donut place is it wasn't worth the calories...that was Tim Hortons. Really disappointing all the way around.
