Make this a priority for your Whistler trip.
We visited on Christmas day as part of the Whistler Tasting Tour and had the most incredible tuna starter. Staff were attentive and very funny, wine was great, so we went for a meal a few days later.
Geoff, our server, was fantastic. He is also the 'Whistler Wine Guy' so was super helpful.
The cheese toast appetiser is amazing - we devoured it!! My NY striploin with Hy's Sauce was pretty good (sauce quite overpowering, so have it on the side), but the hubby's filet mignon with King crab legs was outstanding! Side of spinach (one side between two is ample - Geoff didn't try to oversell) ws delicious.
Sadly, we didn't have room for dessert, but our BC (NK Mip) Pinot Noir was excellent and not bad value for money. Delicious Hemingway cocktail to start, too :)
