The pasta were cooked perfectly (read al dente) and the sauce tasted like it was homemade. Small and casual place that is delicious. Service and prices are excellent. Thumbs-up!

The night before we ate at the wrong restaurant and after a very busy day playing Whistler, our wallets and energy were too beaten up to eat at a fancy place. About 15min after we were seated (on a Wed night), there was a line. This place is small and from what we could tell, staffed by 3 people, including the chef! This place was excellent! It's nothing special, food-wise. I mean, no crazy pasta dishes, just the tried-and-true regulars and favorites, like spaghetti and meatballs. I feel a little crazy writing a review for such a place and dish, but it was truly the best sauce and meatballs I've ever had! So delish. Go here, be like a local, spend little, and walk away with a happy, full tummy and wallet.

My sisters and I arrived at this restaurant after reading a few reviews. We had eaten high end a few times and wanted to look for a more budget-ended lunch. I was really skeptical. Pasta in Vancouver is exorbitant and usually about $21-$27 a plate. How could Pasta Lupino compete?

Pasta Lupino is a modest place with simple tables but the service (order at the counter and claim your food) was excellent. My Pasta Arrabiata tasted like fresh-made past with extremely tasty mild sausage and zesty tomato sauce.

My sisters had the chicken parmagiana (a huge portion) and were delighted with it. My partner had a simple pasta--and all come with a wedge of bread--and thought it was the perfect, soul-satisfying comfort food. The prices are amazing and the service is friendly.

On a hot day, get take-out and sit by the lakes or before the mountains. Unbeatable price and quality in Whistler. Really impressed. Hearty and satisfying.

ok so you want a lot of GOOD quality food in Whistler without paying outrageous prices go to pasta lupino! Their portions are solid for the price. They make their own pasta and sauces on site. You can buy pasta, sauces and italian food items right in the restaurant if you don't want to stay and eat you can cook it at home. The restaurant is small and pretty casual but really good value. We like the pasta with italian sausage. They even gave us extra bread for no extra charge! Prices ranged from $8-$14.

One where the locals go, Pasta Lupino serves wholesome tasty fare at very reasonable prices. Haute cuisine it isn't but nor does it pretend to be, the 'Gourmet' epithet being presumably tongue-in-cheek.....The location isn't especially attractive but there is convenient (free) parking in the Market Square car park nearby. The toilet arrangements are just bizarre - located on the floor above, inside an office complex. A great place for a feed on a budget and always lively. They do a nice chilli bean soup in two sizes, the larger of which is virtually a meal in itself.
