If you are brave enough to ride on the highest gondola ride in the world (there are other ways to get there), you have the option of not eating, self-service or Christines. The view alone was worth the money. The menu is VERY limited - OK, some times it works/sometimes not. I plumped for the mussels as the non-meat options were few. The staff would no doubt have produced something if I'd insisted. Husband had the ubiquitous 'burger' and fries. The local beer was wonderful according to husband and I had the cheap 'fizz'. Very, very, very friendly staff........perhaps some people like that style of service. Look out for the cheeky chaps who flies down to pinch your left-overs! He, and the spectacular views, steal the show.
