We dined at Araxi on our last night at Whistler, and I don't think I've had such efficient service anywhere. If anything, it was too rapid: we arrived at 5.30pm and were out before 7pm after 3 courses! Also, I'd only just had a chance to order the wine when the starter turned up - fortunately, the waiter was back with the glass of wine to accompany the starter very shortly thereafter.
Anyway, the food was very good indeed: we both had the foie gras starter, then my wife had the scallops with chorizo and I had the halibut. Finally we shared the coffee and doughnuts dessert - delicious!
