Ate at Rim Rock on 8th April. Very impressed with the atmosphere and decor. Would have happily ordered most dishes on the menu but we went for the oysters and scallops to start - delicious. We both had the trio of fish for main course which was superb as was the mini dessert platter. Slightly pricey but then it is ski resort pricing so can't complain. Excellent wine selection and friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely return.
