“Great food but not tapas!”
Reviewed January 7, 2013 via mobile

Ate here New Years Day, expecting a dull atmosphere, but it was fine. Recommended to have 2 plates each by staff... these are American-sized portions, not like European tapas! However very tasty with lettuce cups the highlight. Service excellent like most of whistler.

5-stars, 5- bells, 5 cherrys; winner winer chicken dinner... OMFG this was the best breakfast we have ever had... EVER!!! We sat for breakfast and asked our waiter (OMG we're so sorry, the wife thinks his name was "Steve" but I think it was "Billy"... haha anyway he was the *** and we asked him to surprise us for our meal from start to finish.

Double Caesar (Canadian for Bloody Mary) and Mimosa to start.. how'd he know... Ham and Brie stuffed Brioche French Toast with duck sausage, salmon benedict and BLT benedict... ALL to die for... AMAZING..

Great service!

“Incredible breakfast!”
Reviewed January 5, 2013

What luck - Elements was right next door to our hotel and we had the MOST incredible breakfast there. Despite being a little out of the centre of town (it is near the Olympic Plaza), we urge you to visit - it really sets you up for a day on the slopes.

“Best Breakfast in Whistler”
Reviewed January 4, 2013

We selected this restaurant for breakfast after reading all the glowing reviews for it on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed! This places is amazing. Great service and fabulous food. And a surprisingly good value given the very high food quality and presentation. Do yourself a favor and grab breakfast here on one of your first days when visiting Whistler as I promise you will want to go back for Breakfast again on your trip. I know we did. Just fabulous. And delicious. Thank you TripAdvisor community for the spot on recommendation.

“Delicious and Unique Food Combinations”
Reviewed December 31, 2012

Arrived late in the evening about 20 minutes before closing, but they still welcomed me warmly. The apple cider dressing in the salad was too strong (not enough olive oil), but the veggies were tasty. Then we moved onto the duck which was cooked to perfection and delicious. The night ended with some amazing desserts and great coffee. Loved the place and will return!
