Myself and my partner ate here after 30 mins of checking into Whistler. We were starving.
Saw this place after reading a few reviews and we weren't disappointed.
We both had a burger which absolutely hit the spot. Fries were great as was the service and drinks.
Would certainly return for a quick bite and drink.

Thank Richard S

Stopped in for an afternoon cocktail while strolling the village. Service was immediate and super friendly. Like making new friends. Highly recommended for drinks/apps. I didn't order a meal.

We have been skiing in Whistler for the last ten years and this is our favourite bar. Great place for apres ski - wide choice of beer and wine, good snack food (wings, dips, nachos etc). Also very good main meals. Very friendly staff - especial thanks to Cory and Danielle for making our visits such fun. This is a very happy place - can't wait to go back.

We stopped into Citta on a sleepy Saturday afternoon and Parv the bartender had the place going off! The tunes were great, beer cold and we really couldn't have found a better place to après! Thanks Citta we will be back!

My hubby and I have visited Citta’s Bistro a few times during our ski trips to Whistler. During this most recent trip, we visited Citta twice. The one thing we noticed about Citta right away is they know how to monitor and maintain the traffic that flows in and out of their bistro. We visited on February 9th during Canadian Family Day weekend and wow, Whistler was quite busy including Citta. We popped our head in and asked how long would be the wait for dinner and they said about 10 minutes. We said okay we’ll wait considering it was snowing out and we absolutely love Citta. The wait was actually less than five minutes. Customers were walking down the stairs leaving the table and we were walking up the stairs to their table which was already cleared and ready for us. I noticed once we were seated, the staff cleared the tables efficiently when the customers were done and so the table just needed a quick wipe down and a sweep under the table to be ready for the next set of customers. I liked the efficiency.

My hubby and I were given some time to review the menu. We were nervous it would take some time for our food to arrive since the bistro was quite busy.. We had ordered poutine, a bowl of clam chowder, a bacon mushroom burger and a cider and an in house beer option. We only waited 10-15 minutes for our food and our food was hot, cooked just right and quite tasty. The waitress was quite attentive: brought us water when necessary, checked on us to ensure we had everything we needed with condiments, asked us about more beer/cider when we were getting low and didn’t encourage us to hurry up eat and get out. They allowed us to enjoy our dinner without the feeling of being rushed to get out. The Olympics was playing on the big screen in the room and the crowd was lively and excited to watch their team and enjoy their food and beverages. It made the evening quite enjoyable.

We also visited Citta several days later on our last evening in Whistler. It was less hectic than the evening of Family Day weekend and like earlier in the week, our waitress was attentive, the food was once again tasty, and we enjoyed our least meal in Whistler watching the snow falling thru the window. Thank you Citta’s Bistro for our awesome meals. We look forward to returning to Citta during our next visit to Whistler.
