The staff and the hotel are both excellent and the location is right in the heart of the village so right near restaurants and shops. Great spot to stay. We greatly enjoyed having a drink in the hotel bar while waiting for the room to be ready - the staff in the bar could not have been nicer and offered suggestions on what to do during our stay.

I love this hotel. It truly is the only hotel I stay in when I go to Whistler. The location is perfect, right in the village. The hotel is very clean, well kept. The rooms are great, spacious, have a kitchenette, beds are so comfortable. The staff is always so friendly, efficient and quick to help.

We spent just 2 days in Whistler and went sightseeing with our 10 months old infant, took him to the Peak via the Gondola and cycled around the village and Lost lake area. Nice room with separate living room and bedroom, both with TV. A kitchenette for preparing baby milk and sterilized. The Hotel itself is located in the village, right above Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart and next to Earls. It has excellent breakfast, a nice patio, a small Gym and heated pool. Excellent staffs and tons of underground parking. Will definitely stay here again

Great location , excellent service and value. We enjoyed our stay as everything was a walking distance.
Hotel team also gave us tips on activities to do, good food / restaurant options.
This is also a great location for young families.
