Stayed Dec 9-16/12 it snowed constantly skiing was terrific.Pan Pacific is well located 2 minute walk to lifts, skiis and boots can be lockered at the Pan Pacific Mountainside which is right next to both gondolas very convenient. We had a 1 bedroom, very comfortable bed, which was very nice, gas fireplace and 2 T.V.'S standup kitchenette which worked,if you have a problem with the water pressure in the shower let the staff know and it can be adjusted quickly. breakfast buffett was quite good well stocked and staffed.Hot tubs and pool area aren't big but it wasn't busy so we had plenty of room.Staff is very helpfull and pleasant.Whistler as a ski resort can't be beat, lots of restaurants at different price points, the Araxi restaurant is first class with terrific food and great service.Tons of shops if thats what your looking for, nice village to walk thru.Would stay there again.

Went with a huge group of people for the third year in a row. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! Staff was patient and happy to accommodate such a large group (60 people). The hotel breakfast could have been better, but the location is so convenient there are places in the village to go grab breakfast. Would definitely recommend and I hope to stay again soon.

I was live here for a 14 days
I still remember the bad service and unhelpful.
No smile on their face.
Breakfast is never change (pan cake, corn flakes.......)
The room is very clean and tidy.
But the internet is so slow.

This is our third time staying at this hotel. We keep coming back because everything here makes our stay so enjoyable. We have taken advantage of the specials, and those specials start at checkin. We are greeted by friendly people who have informed us that we have been upgraded and it continues for our entire stay. The hotel provides us with a locker at its sister hotel right on the slopes. The locker is just steps away from the Blackcomb gondola and across Whistler square to the Whistler gondola. The rooms are clean, have a full kitchen, fireplace, modern bathroom and 2 flat screen TV's. The included breakfast is a wonderful buffet with hot and cold meals. Our dog received a welcoming treat and in room dish and blanket. We find the après skiing is a lot of fun. We have a drink and find that the other guest like to socialize and we enjoy meeting them. The staff are friendly and set the tone, visiting every table and making sure we are enjoying ourselves. We have our suppers at the Dubh Linn Gate pub in the mountain side hotel as we love the food, the atmosphere and we get a discount from staying in the hotel. The hotel is right in the village and we love to walk and look in the stores and people watch. We live in Squamish which is only 40 minutes away but we like to come here a couple of nights a week a few times a month to enjoy the skiing, relax without having to worry about road conditions, and really we just love to stay here.

Stayed two nights at the Pan Pacific Village. Staff are fantastic, the blonde (Aussie or Kiwi) lady at front who did everything and answered all our annoying questions with a smile.

They moved my snowbaord to the locker at the other property right beside the Whistler Gondola. Fantastic to not have to lug your board or skis from the hotel to the hill.

Decent complimentary apres ski drinks 4-5 pm and brekkie which I ddint try but took a look.

Definately a great property and better than the Fairmont (were we usually stay) due to location, complimentary drinks/brekkie and the almost family style service.

The one-bedroom suite was perfect for my teenage son and I. But, room was immaculate, well-appointed (from the great towels and bathroom ameneties to the kitchen gear), and ideally situated. We were as close as you would want to be to the nightlife in the village (I.E. IT WAS QUIET AT NIGHT), and yet we felt like we were part of the village experience. There was even a sitting area on the balcony patio with an amazing view in all directions. Note: Our room faced over the fire department garage, which sort of worried us. But, it turned out not to be a problem in the least. Comfy beds and quiet rooms let us sleep like babies.

You have read it before, but the complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Lots of choices for carnivores like us, as well as fabulous pastries and hot choices for carbaholic breakfast eaters, alike.

Loved the personal, FRIENDLY, and efficient service we received from every single membger of the staff. This is where I really got impressed. I travel a lot for business and have seen the good, the bad, and the downright awe inspiring service out there. This hotel provided the latter. My son and I summed it up this way... They were friendly like Southerners (I live in NC), but efficient like Britts. Well managed properties with consistent staff experiences are not all that common. After meeting the manager at his hosted apres, it was apparent this attitude is well-modeled for all here. Thank you, Pan Pacific staff, for making us feel welcome and well cared for!

Bonus points for taking care of getting our skis from Ski Butlers staff (use them if you haven't already booked your ski rentals!) and storing them securely in the lovely private locker room at the village base... just steps from the gondola.
