We stayed here for two nights in a king size room. The room was big, well equipped and clean. The bathroom was marvellous. The room was very similar to the four seasons in Doha. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Price was very reasonable until the extras. You need to use valet parking, I am not sure why as it was very easy to park in the garage. The use of the wifi was a con. We decided to pay as we had three devices but then we thought it was $15 for the two days but no this was the charge per day. Not only do most good hotels not charge for wifi they also ensure it is good. The wifi was quite slow at times. Shame about these extras because it was a great hotel with some great staff. It would be better to include the costs in the price instead of annoying guests with these extras.

We stayed 2 nights at the Fairmont in a junior suite and regular room before moving to a 2 bedroom and den townhouse at the Four Seasons. We have been here 3 nights and have 6 more to go. We are very happy we switched hotels. We are 3 adults with 3 children (10 month old twins and a 2 year old) and the space is perfect. We have a den upstairs with 2 full size cribs and a pull out bed for naps with a full kitchen and deck. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, laundry and a hot tub on the deck. Service is fabulous. It is the perfect place for an extended family vacation.

Finest quality and a friendly, professional staff and a view to overwhelm your senses are the memories that we bring back from our first time in Canada and our first time in a Four Seasons. We made our plans based on tripadvisor reviews and we are glad that we did! Whistler Village is a fun and beautiful place to relax and experience wilderness adventures. We will definitely return to the Four Seasons in Whistler. It is located in the upper Village so it is quiet and peaceful. We felt like a million dollars with the first rate service.

Room Tip: Deluxe Executive Suite with a view of Whistler/Blackcomb mountains is worth every penny!

My wife and I stayed here for four nights in late August. We had a one bedroom suite overlooking the pool. The room had two bathrooms, a balcony, fireplace, and a living room area. The room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. bathroom is huge and shower has great pressure. We bought a bottle of wine, stored it in the fridge and were able to have a drink on the balcony at night. It was fantastic overlooking the mountains. The staff was overall friendly and willing to help us with dinner recommendations and reservations. We used the car service to get to /from town. Every time we used it, we were told it we would have to wait 10 minutes for the car. Sometimes it was less, other times it was way more than 10 minutes. We had a spa treatment one afternoon. We had asked for a couples massage. Unfortunately, we did not receive the couples massage. The spa manager was quick to apologize and gave us one of the massages for free, which was very generous. The internet was awful and extremely slow. We ate dinner at the BBQ downstairs on a Thursday night. Food was great and it was an awesome value for our money. I would recommend it to others. Parking is $40 a night. Definitely a lot of money to store the car. Overall, we had a good stay and would stay here again next time in Whistler.

Loved this property and loved Whistler. It wasn't quite up to snuff to other 4 seasons (the one in jackson hole is nicer but 2x the price) but with Whistler being more relaxed I think it's the best place to stay up there. The staff was SO NICE. the Wifi is pretty awful (and the one device rule is ridic!!) so don't plan on getting much work done...also, skip the parking unless you'll be using your car a lot, there's a free lot 2 blocks away so we saved $40/night. Definitely take advantage of the gym, spa, free shuttle to and from the village and the free wine & cheese in the bar! Would stay there again for sure.

Second year in a row I have stayed here for a week of mountain biking. Great experience again. Had one minor issue with housekeeping on a Sunday that was taken care of by Amir, the Manager on Duty. Found a nice complimentary bottle of wine in my room, too! I use American Express for my stays here and was given again a room upgrade - this year to a suite. Great room, comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was great - valets who took care of my car and bike; Tim, Jess, and Cameron in the bar were always gracious and personable. If you stay here inquire about the *free* afternoon wine and cheese tastings every day in the summer. Finally the Thursday BBQ is great value with fun entertainment by 'The Hairfarmers', Whistler's house band of choice. I do plan on returning next year... The location is perfect if you want quiet and peaceful - other reviews mention it is away from the Village which is true but you can get there in one of the hotel's courtesy shuttles (Mercedes!) or a short 5 to 10 minute walk. Not a big deal...

We have stayed many times at this hotel and at our most recent stay started to notice just a few things that need improvement. The rooms are spacious but are starting to show their age and even the bath towel wear and skimpy toilet paper are just not befitting of a five star rating. The hotel really needs to attend to this as it is such a special place. The staff are great, the food is terrific and the building and location have so much to offer.
One easy thing to do is to change the absolutely ridiculous Internet policy they have. Each room gets one slow interment access for one appliance. Who in the world that stays at a Four Seasons, does not have at least a cell phone and a computer or tablet and sometimes two people in a room? To get those devices access you are now paying for premium Internet after paying high room, food and parking rates already.
After renting a lovely one bedroom suite and paying for parking totaling about $600 per night, I do not expect to be nickeled and dimed with an archaic Internet access policy.
Four Seasons please do not make this stupid little cash grab what I remember about your hotel instead of the great people you have, their fabulous effort at providing service wherever possible, and pretty decent rooms even though they are ageing.
