Fabulous 2 bedroomed suite with views to match! Certainly had the wow factor with blazing (gas) fire in living area and jacuzzi bath in master bedroom. Immaculately clean, well equipped and lovely comfy beds. The guys on Reception were all charming and most helpful. Ski lifts opposite, shops and restaurants just round corner - everything you needed except for snow (a light dusting on the caps, well it is October!) I would have no hesitation in recommending it - super hotel!

Room Tip: Choose a mountain view

Great location right by the ski lifts, nicely furnished suite with well equipped kitchen, lounge area with fire and nice bedroom, friendly helpful staff and good value with a rooftop hot tub! It worked for me.

Awesome facility, spotless and as beautiful as the scenery surrounding it. Great service with friendly and knowledgable staff. Fully equiped with everything a traveller could ask for. We stayed one night on a business trip and found the hotel both welcoming and relaxing. A great place, terrific location. We highly recommended it to everyone and can not wait to return.

We stayed just one night in a two bedroomed suite and I have to say, it was just gorgeous. To be fair everything is 'central' in Whistler but it was particularly close to ski/mountain bike runs. Staff were very helpful and charming. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We stayed 1 night in a 2-bedroom suite, I believe on July 22nd, 2013. It was very nice and spacious, very clean. We couldn't get the DVD player to work despite the instructions (the remote didn't want to co-operate) but it didn't bother us that much.
We couldn't use the hot tub cause there were so many people in it who I guess all had the same idea about using it right before it closed at 10pm.
Didn't get a chance to use the pool. It was across the road at another resort. Wasn't too comfortable going over there but it looked nice.
To get to the restaurants at the hotel, it felt like you were using the staff back entrances/hallways to get there. Just white doors with the restaurant name written on it in a small hallway. Something should be changed about that as it felt awkward going that way.
Those were just a few pet peeves, the majority of the stay was great, beds were really comfortable and the in floor heating in the bathroom was great!
