This hotel is centrally located in lower village. The staff are welcoming, and the lobby modern and smart.
We had booked a suite, and were very impressed with our room. The lounge was open plan with the kitchen, there was a separte bedroom, and a bathroom with bath/shower. The floor in the bathroom had underfloor heating.
The suite was very comfortable, and light and airy. The decor was modern. We had a view of the street and a partially a mountain.
the hotel has a bar, restaurant and a hot tub on the roof-unfortubately when we stayed it was out of order and out of bounds!
There is parking underneath the hotel for a small charge.
The hotel is located in the middle of the village by the Gondolas.

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and requested a mountainview room which was beautiful all around. Overall our stay was great, very comfortable and the room was ultra clean. We absolutely loved the heated floors in the bathroom however, we were not informed that the mountainview rooms faced two bars which can be very noisey till about 2am. I would stay here again but I would request a room away from the bars.

Husband & I had a fantastic stay at the Sundial late September. Nice lobby, beautiful corner room with windows facing the mountains. After we had unpacked we noticed the bathtub had not been properly cleaned and called the front desk. They immediately offered to upgrade our room but since we had already unpacked we simply asked that it be cleaned while we went out for dinner. Before we even had time to leave the room housekeeping arrived to thoroughly clean. Since we did not take the upgrade we received a very nice bottle of wine from the hotel and our parking for the week was complimentary (we were there 5 nights so this was indeed a savings). The rest of our stay was perfect. Complimentary wi-fi was much appreciated. The kitchen is quite well equiped and coffee/sugars are always replenished if low. Fireplace was great for cold/rainy September nights. Heated tiles in bathrooms nice surprise. Great location in village at the base of the mountain right next to the gondolas. Heard no street noise but some construction, not enough or early enough to bother us. Would definitely return and the price in the off season is fantastic.

Recently had a Saturday and Sunday night stay at this hotel. Lovely suite consisting of large living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony complete with our own hot tub. Conveniently situated, just a shame that it rained for most of the day on Sunday.
I noticed previous reviews mentioned night time noise, we were on the third floor, heard some noise from the village below on the Saturday night but really enough to disturb you, the Sunday night was very quiet.
Would thoroughly recommend it.

Stayed here whilst touring the rockies on our honeymoon last year. The 'suite' was more like an apartment, with a gorgeous log fire, plasma tv etc. Obviously pretty quiet in May but an excellent location and I imagine it would be a pretty cool place for Skiers to stay.
